Returns & Refunds

Our goal at HEM Motorsports is to ensure our customers have everything they need to keep themselves on the track and moving forward.  We guarantee that all items received will be as ordered. We also want all of our customers to know they can reach out to us at anytime to voice questions or concerns and they will be responded to as soon as possible.

           

Return and Warranty Policy:

 

For all returns please e-mail 

 

All items designed and shipped by HEM Motorsports will have a strict 15 day return policy from time of delivery. Items returned must be sent back with original packaging and tags, NO EXCEPTIONS!

Due to the recent, and well known, global pandemic, in addition to sanitary concerns, there are some items that cannot be returned (listed below). 

 

All returns must be boxed and include original invoice.

 

There will be no returns on custom order items unless the error had occurred by HEM Motorsports

 

On all other name brand items, returns and warranty issues must be coordinated through the manufacture and  are at the responsibility of the customer. 

 

Refund Policy:

 

Once an item it returned as stated above, the customer will receive an 80% refund of the original item price (plus tax). A 20% restocking fee will be assessed to all returns that are not at the fault of HEM Motorsports.  If an item was sent in error, i.e. an incorrect size was sent, HEM Motorsports will be responsible for the return shipping of the original item and correct item. If original item is returned without original packaging and labels the customer will be responsible for a $15 retagging and bagging fee. 

 

All refunds will be sent to the original payment method.

 

NON return/NON refundable items-

  1. Socks

  2. Goggles due to COVID restrictions.

  3. Gear that has had a name/number ordered when purchased through us, or put on after you received the gear. This includes all jerseys, and hoodies/t-shirts. Once it is worn there is zero refund or exchange.

  4. Special order items or special color requests 

  5. Any custom “one off” items.
